CERC: Petition Seeking Relaxation of Grid Code Regulations for Tranchewise Commissioning of Wind Turbine Generators

Petition under Section 79(1)(c) of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Regulation 57 and 58 of the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Indian Electricity Grid Code) Regulations, 2023 seeking relaxation of Regulation 22(3)(c) for permitting trial runs and commissioning of Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs) in tranches of at least 10 MW for the Petitioner's Wind Power Project.
