CERC: Petition under Section 79 the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Article 12 of the Power Purchase Agreements executed between the Petitioners and the Respondent

The Petitioners, M/s Parampujya Solar Energy Pvt. Limited (PSEPL) (a wholly owned subsidiary of M/s Adani Green Energy Limited), M/s Wardha Solar (Maharashtra) Private Limited (WSMPL) (a wholly owned subsidiary of PSEPL) and M/s Prayatna Developers Private Limited (PDPL) are generating companies engaged in the business of setting up solar power plants and generation of electricity.
