Approval under Section 62 read with Section 79(1)(d) of Electricity Act, 2003 and under the Regulation 15(1)(a) and Regulation 23 of the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2023 read with the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Condition of Tariff Regulations), 2024 for determination of the tariff for “Establishment of 765/400/220 kV Substation at KurnoolIII, Extension of 765 kV Kurnool (New) Substation, and 765 kV Kurnool III- Kurnool (New) D/C Line” under "Transmission System for Kurnool Wind Energy Zone/Solar Energy Zone(AP) - Part-A & Part-B’’.
