CERC: Reviews NLC India’s 420 MW TPS-I Expansion Tariff True-Up for 2019-24

Background:

This Petition has been filed by the Petitioner, NLC India Limited, for truing up of the tariff, of NLC Thermal Power Station Stage-I Expansion (2 x 210 MW) (in short, “the generating station/ the project”) for the period 2019-24, in accordance with Regulation 13(1) of the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms & Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2019 (in short, “the 2019 Tariff Regulations”).
