Background:

This Petition has been filed by the Petitioner, NTPC Limited (“NTPC”), for revision (truing up) of tariff of Ramagundam Super Thermal Power Station Stage-III (500 MW) (in short, “the generating station”) for the 2019-24 tariff period, in accordance with the provisions of the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2019 (in short, “the 2019 Tariff Regulations”).
