Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the present Petition had been filed seeking the adoption of the tariff of the 1200 MW inter-State Transmission System (ISTS) connected with the Solar PV Projects discovered through the tariff based competitive bidding process as per the “Guidelines for Tariff Based Competitive Bidding Process for Procurement of Power from Grid Connected Solar PV Projects” dated 28.
