At the outset, the learned counsel for the Respondent, UPPTCL, submitted that the Respondent has already filed its reply in the matter, and in terms of the direction of the Commission, it has also placed on record the status of the LILO of Aligarh – Shamli Line at Khurja STPP (‘the LILO’) along with its expected date of commissioning.
