Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the present Petition has been filed inter alia seeking an extension of the Scheduled Commercial Operation Date (SCOD) of its Transmission Project and the compensation on account of the occurrence of Force Majeure events and the Change in Scope of the Project along with other consequential reliefs.
