1.During the hearing, learned Senior counsel for the Petitioner pointed out that while IA No. 99/2024 has been filed seeking to amend the petition, IA No. 100/2024 has been filed seeking interim reliefs. He, however, submitted that since replies have been filed by the Respondent RGPPL in these IAs, the Petitioner may be granted two weeks’ time to file its rejoinder to the same.
