At the outset, learned counsel for Respondent No.4, Uttar Pradesh State Load Despatch Centre (UPSLDC), sought an additional four weeks’ time to file a reply in the matter. Learned counsel also submitted that two appeals are currently pending before the APTEL on a similar subject matter arising out of the order(s) passed by the UPERC.
