The representative of the Petitioner submitted that the present Petitions had been filed seeking the adoption of transmission charges discovered through the competitive bidding process for the “Transmission System for evacuation of power from Rajasthan REZ Ph-IV (Part-3: 6GW) [Bikaner complex]: Part A” (the “Project”) and for the grant of a transmission licence for establishing the Project.
