CERC RoPs: Petition for declaration that the notification dated 1.1.2024 of MOEF&CC is a change in law event

Petition under Section 79(1)(b) and 79(1)(f) of the Electricity Act, 2003 seeking declaration that the notification dated 1.1.2024 of MOEF&CC is a change in law event in terms of Article 34 and Article 39.1 of the PSA dated 26.12.2014 executed with KSEBL, and consequently allow the Petitioner to claim change in law compensation on account of additional expenditure incurred in terms of the said change in law event.
