Background:
The Petitioner, Transmission Corporation of Telangana Limited, has filed the
present Petition for the determination of transmission tariff for the 2019-24 tariff period
in respect of the 41 transmission lines owned by it connecting the other States and
intervening transmission lines incidental to the inter-State transmission of electricity
in accordance with the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and
Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2019 (hereinafter referred to as “the 2019 Tariff
Regulations”).
