Amendment of Clause 5(5)

New proviso shall be added to Clause 5(5) of the Principal Regulations, which was amended by CSERC (Connectivity and Intra-State Open Access) (First Amendment) Regulations, 2012:

"Provided further that any consumer who is not connected through dedicated feeder, intending to procure power through Open Access from IDRES solar projects (as specified in the DRE Regulations) located within the State, shall be exempted from requirements of dedicated feeders subject to load-restriction, if any.
