Chhattisgarh State Electricity Regulatory
Commission (Terms and conditions for determination of generation tariff
and related matters for electricity generated by plants based renewable energy sources) Regulations, 2022, (hereinafter referred to as “the RE
Tariff Regulations 2022”) mandates the Commission to determine the
generic tariff on the basis of the Suo‐motu petition, for the following
renewable energy technologies (RE technologies) for which norms have
been specified in the RE Tariff Regulations 2022;
(a) Small Hydro Projects.
