M/s Jindal Steel & Power Limited (JSPL-D) has filed a petition under Section 62(4) read with Section 86 of the Electricity Act, 2003 seeking amendment in the Tariff Order dated 10.05.2024, passed in Petition no. 101 of 2023 filed for truing up pf ARR for FY 2022-23 and determination of retail tariff for FY 2024-25.
