Background: Filing of the petition for approval of final true-up of ARR for FY 2023-24 and proposal for application for determination of tariff for FY 26 under Section 62 and 64 of the Electricity Act, 2003
The Petitioner submits that the Hon'ble Commission has issued the following regulations namely, CSERC (Terms and Conditions for determination of tariff according to Multi-Year Tariff principles and Methodology and Procedure for determination of Expected revenue from Tariff and Charges) Regulations, 2015 for the MYT control period from FY 2016-17 to FY 2020-21 (hereinafter referred to as "MYT Regulations, 2015") and CSERC (Terms and Conditions for determination of tariff according to Multi-Year Tariff principles and Methodology and Procedure for determination of Expected revenue from Tariff and Charges) Regulations, 2021 (hereinafter referred as "MYT Regulations, 2021").
