NOTICE FOR INVITING OBJECTIONS/SUGGESTIONS AND PUBLIC HEARING ON RETAIL ELECTRICITY TARIFF OF BHILAI TOWNSHIP AREA
M/s Bhilai Steel Plant-Town Electrical & Engineering Department (BSP-TEED), a distribution licensee in its area of operations in Bhilai, has filed a petition for approval of true-up of FY 2023-24 and determination of retail tariff for FY 2025-26 under Sections 86 (1) (a) and 62 of Electricity Act, 2003 read with CSERC (Terms and Conditions of determination of tariff according to Multi-Year Tariff Principle and Methodology and Procedure for determination of Expected revenue from Tariff and charges) Regulations, 2021.
