Background: Petition seeking clarifying directions and/or removal of difficulty and/or reasonable relaxation in the matter of Energy Accounting and Settlement under Regulation 16(vi) of CSERC (Grid Interactive Distributed Renewable Energy Sources) Regulations’ 2019 in the cases of Net Metering when Prosumer is under ambit of Time of Day (ToD) tariff in light of redesigning of ToD tariff vide tariff order FY 2024-25, under the provisions of Regulation 26, 29 and 27 of CSERC (Grid Interactive Distributed Renewable Energy Sources) Regulations’ 2019.
