Background: Chhattisgarh State Power Generation Co. Ltd. (CSPGCL or petitioner) has filed this petition under Section 62 of the Electricity Act 2003, applying the terms and conditions as specified in the CSERC (Terms and conditions for determination of tariff for Renewable Energy sources) Regulations, 2025 (CSERC RE Tariff Regulations, 2025) for determination of ARR / tariff of CSPGCL’s Small/Mini Hydro Plants for the period from FY 2026-27 to FY 2029-30.
