Background: This Order is passed under the provisions of Section 62 read with Section 86(1) of the Act in respect of the Petition filed by the Chhattisgarh State Power Generation Company Ltd. (CSPGCL) for approval of final true-up for FY 2024-25 and determination of ARR and Tariff for the Control Period from FY 2026-27 to FY 29-30.
