CSERC: Petition of JSPL for determination of Annual Revenue Requirement for FY 2025-26 along with Revised Estimate

Background: The Commission, vide Order dated 24 October 2024, directed the Licensees and Generating Companies to file the Tariff Petition for FY 2025-26 along with the True up Petition for FY 2023-24 in accordance with the provisions of the Act and broadly following the principles specified in prevailing MYT Regulations, 2021.
