Background: The petitioner, M/s Mahendra Sponge and Power Limited a registered company has filed this petition under clause 14 of the CSERC (Intra-State ABT and DSM) Regulations, 2016 (the Regulations, 2016) against the respondents State Load Despatch Centre (SLDC) and Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution company Limited (CSPDCL) for removal of the difficulty, which is facing by him regarding revision of scheduling, dispatch and deviation settlement under clause 8.
