Chhattisgarh State Electricity Regulatory Commission, in exercise of powers conferred under Section (30), 39(2)(d), 40(c), 42(2), 42(3), 86(1)(c) read with Section 181 of the Electricity Act, 2003 and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, has amended Chhattisgarh State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Connectivity and Intra-State Open Access) Regulations, 2011.
