Chhattisgarh State Electricity Regulatory Commission in exercise of powers vested U/s 61 & 86 read with Section 181 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (36 of 2003), prepared a draft of Chhattisgarh State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and conditions for determination of tariff for Biomass based Power Plants) Regulations, 2025 for control period FY 2026-27 onwards for a period of five years from the date of commencement.
