NOTICE FOR INVITING OBJECTIONS/SUGGESTIONS ON DRAFT MYT REGULATIONS, 2025
In exercise of powers conferred on it by Section 61, 62, 32(3) Section 86 and 181(2) of the Electricity Act, 2003 (Act 36 of 2003) and |all other power enabling it in this behalf, Chhatisgarh State Electricity Regulatory Commission has framed "Draft Chhattisgarh State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for determination of Multi-Year Tariff) Regulations, 2025 (Draft MYT Regulations, 2025)".
