CSERC: Public Notice for petition by CREPA for directions or removal of difficulty in the mater of Energy Accounting

Petition no. 09 of 2025 is filed in the matter of seeking clarifying directions and/or removal of difficulty and/or reasonable relaxation in the mater of Energy Accounting and Settlement under Regulation 16(vi) of CSERC (Grid Interaction Distributed Renewable Energy Sources) Regulations, 2019 in the cases of Net Metering when Prosumer is under ambit of Time of Day (TOD) tariff in light of redesigning of ToD tariff vide tariff order FY 2024-25.
