CSERC: Public Notice for petition of CSLDC for true-up for FY 2024-25 and SLDC charges from FY 2026-27 to FY 2029-30

In compliance to the relevant provisions under Section 62 and 64 of Electricity Act, 2003, and of the Chhattisgarh State Electricity Regulatory Commission (CSERC) (Terms and Conditions for determination of tariff according to Multi-Year Tariff principles and Methodology and Procedure for determination of Expected revenue from Tariff and Charges) Regulations, 2021, and CSERC (Terms and Conditions for determination of Multi-Year Tariff) Regulations, 2025, Chhattisgarh State Load Despatch Center (CSLDC) has filed a Petition for Determination of Aggregated Revenue Requirement (ARR) for control period from FY 2026-27 to FY 2029-30 along with final true-up of ARR for FY FY 2024-25.
