Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution Company Ltd. has filed a petition under Section 63 and 86(1)(b) of the Electricity Act2003 for adoption of tariff discovered through competitive bidding for procurement of firm and dispatchable power from grid connected renewable energy power projects with energy storage system.
