NOTICE FOR INVITING OBJECTIONS AND SUGGESTIONS ON TARIFF PETITION FILED FOR DETERMINATION OF ARR FOR CONTROL PERIOD FY 2026-27 TO FY 2029-30 AND RETAIL TARIFF FOR FY 2026-27

In compliance to the provisions contained in section 62 & 64 of Electricity Act, 2003 read together with Chhattisgarh State Electricity Regulatory Commission (CSERC) (Terms and Conditions for determination of tariff according to Multi-Year Tariff principles and Methodology and Procedure for determination of Expected revenue from Tariff and Charges) Regulations, 2021, and CSERC (Terms and Conditions for determination of Multi Year Tariff) Regulations, 2025, Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution Company Limited (CSPDCL) has filed a petition for final true-up for FY 2024-25, determination of MYT Aggregate Revenue Requirement (ARR) for control period FY 2026-27 to FY 2029-30 and retail tariff for FY 2026-27, before the Hon’ble CSERC.
