CSERC: Public Notice for Suo-moto Petition for clarification on the order passed by the Commission in No. 61 of 2024

Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution Co. Ltd. (CSPDCL) has desired clarification on the order dated 20.09.2024 issued by the Commission in suo motu petition No. 61 of 2024 in the matter of Miscellaneous & General Charges issued under Section 43, 45 and 46 of the Electricity Act, 2003 and relevant provisions of Chhattisgarh State Electricity Supply Code, 2011 and its subsequent amendments.
