Background: Petition for determination of Annual Revenue Requirement and Retail Supply Tariff for FY 2026-27 to FY 2029-30 along with Revised Estimate for FY 2025-26 and True-Up for FY 2024-25 for the licensed distribution business under Section 61, 62 and 86 (1) (a) of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with the relevant provisions of the Chhattisgarh State Electricity Regulatory Commission's Conduct of Business Regulations and Terms and Conditions for determination of Tariff Regulations and its amendments thereof.
