DERC: Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (Net Metering for Renewable Energy) (Second Amendment) Guidelines, 2026

These Guidelines shall be called the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (Net Metering for Renewable Energy) (Second Amendment) Guidelines, 2026.

Amendment of Guideline 3 of the Principal Guidelines:

In Guideline 3 (Procedure for Application and Registration) of the Principal Guidelines, for the words “is a three tier process, which is as follows: i) Feasibility Analysis, ii) Registration, iii) Connection Agreement.
