Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Tariff) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2026
These Regulations shall be applicable from 1st June 2026 (corresponding to the Power Procurement by the DISCOMs from 1st April 2026 onwards)
Amendment to Regulation 134 of the Principal Regulations:
Regulation 134 of the Principal Regulations shall be substituted as under:
“134 Fuel and Power Purchase Adjustment Surcharge (FPPAS)
(a) For these Regulations “Fuel and Power Purchase Adjustment Surcharge” (FPPAS) means the change in cost of power, supplied to consumers, due to change in Fuel cost, power purchase cost and transmission charges with reference to cost of supply approved by the Commission.
