Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Green Energy Open Access) (First Amendment) Regulations, 2026
Amendment of Regulation 2 (l) of the Principal Regulations:
(1) In Regulation 2 (1) of the Principal Regulations, under the definition of "Entity", the words, "connected at 11kV or above," shall stand deleted and the said definition shall now read as under:-
"Entity" means any consumer who has a contracted demand or sanctioned load of Hundred (100) kW or more, either through a single connection or through multiple connections aggregating Hundred (100) kW or more, located in the area of supply of the same Distribution Licensee, except for captive consumers.
