Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission, in exercise of the power conferred under Section 181 read with Section 61(h), Section 86(1)(e) of the Electricity Act, 2003 (Act 36 of 2003), Regulation 14 of Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (DERC) (Net Metering for Renewable Energy) Regulations, 2014, Guideline 17 of DERC (Group Net Metering and Virtual Net Metering for Renewable Energy) Guidelines, 2019, all other powers enabling it in this behalf and after previous publication, hereby amend the following Guideline in DERC (Group Net Metering and Virtual Net Metering for Renewable Energy) Guidelines, 2019 (hereinafter referred to as “the Principal Guidelines”)
