F.3(629)/Tariff-Engineering/DERC/2020-21/6910: The Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission, in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 181 read with Section 61(h), Section 86 (1) (e) of the Electricity Act, 2003, Regulation 16 of DERC (Net Metering) for Renewable Energy) Regulations, 2014 and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, hereby amends the following Regulation in DERC (Net Metering for Renewable Energy) Regulations, 2014.
