Short Title & Commencement:
(1) This order shall be called the "Schedule of Charges and Procedure Order" under the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (Supply Code and Performance Standards) Relaxation Order, 2024.
(2) This Relaxation Order be read along with the Order dated 01/08/2023 and shall be applicable prospectively.
