DERC: Petition of BSES Rajdhani for review of order dated 04.11.25 passed by commission in petition no. 44/2025

Background: The instant Review Petition has been filed by the Petitioner, BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd. (BRPL) seeking review of Order dated 04.11.2025 passed by the Commission in Petition No. 44/2025, praying that para 8 of the aforesaid Order which provided that “Based on the above, the approval is hereby accorded to the Petitioner to initiate a competitive bidding process for the proposed BESS in accordance with Section 63 of EA 2003; and MOP BESS Guidelines, 2022 without any deviation”, be replaced with the following para; 

“Based on the above, the approval is hereby accorded to the Petitioner to initiate a competitive bidding process for the proposed BESS in accordance with Section 63 of EA 2003; and MOP BESS Guidelines, 2022 without any deviation.
