In exercise of power conferred under sub-section (3) of Section 178 of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Electricity (Procedure for Previous Publication) Rules, 2005 and Regulation 58(8) of the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2023, the comments/suggestions on the “Draft Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) (First Amendment) Regulations, 2024” were invited by the Commission.
