GERC: GETCO invite comment for Truing up FY 2023-24, Approval of ARR & Determination of Tariff for FY 2025-26 to 2029-30

Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited (GETCO), has filed a Tariff Petition before the Hon’ble Commission under Section 62 of the Electricity Act, 2003 and GERC (Multi Year Tariff) Regulations, 2016 for True-Up of FY 2023-24 and for Determination of ARR and Tariff from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30 under GERC (Multi Year Tariff) Regulations, 2024 (Case No: 2419 of 2024) in accordance with the GERC ‘Conduct of Business’ Regulations, 2004.
