GERC: Petition of GIFT PCL for approval to proposal of installing consumer meters in 1st basement of high rise buildings

Background: The present Petition has been filed by Petitioner GIFT Power Company Limited (GIFTPCL) under Section 50 of the Electricity Act, 2003 and Clauses 6.10, 9.21, 9.22, 9.23, 9.24 and 9.25 of GERC (Electricity Supply Code and Related matters) Regulations, 2015 and its amendments for approval and necessary direction of the Commission with regard to the proposal of the Petitioner GIFTPCL for installing the consumers’ meters in First Basement of all High-Rise buildings in its area of supply.
