Background: MUL has filed the present Petition under Section 62 of the Electricity Act, 2003, read in conjunction with the Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission (Multi-Year Tariff) Regulations, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the GERC (MYT) Regulations, 2016), for the True up of FY 2023-24 and under GERC (MYT) Regulation,2024 for Approval of ARR for FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30 and Determination of Tariff for FY 2025-26.
