GERC: Petition under Section 86(1) (b), (e), (k) and Section 86 (4) of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Regulation 80 and 85 of the GERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2004

Learned Advocate Mr. Harshad Joshi appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner is seeking a declaration from the Commission that the Solar Power Plant of the Petitioner declared falls under the Gujarat Solar Power Policy, 2015 and to direct the Respondents to register the Solar Power Plant under the Gujarat Solar Power Policy, 2015 and grant all the benefits and exemption provided under Gujarat Solar Power Policy, 2015.
