Petition No. 2728/2026, filed before the Hon'ble Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission under Section 63 and Section 86 of the Electricity Act, 2003 for Seeking Approval of releasing Request for Selection (RIS) Document for Procurement of 10 MW RTC Renewable Energy with up to "100% Green Shoe Option" from Intra-State Grid Connected RE Projects and Seeking Approval of appropriate deviations under Clause 3.
