GERC: Public Notice for petition of GUVNL for revision in RPPO & waiver of penalty for shortfall in achievement of RPPO

Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (GUVNL) has filed Petition No. 2644 of 2026 before the Hon'ble Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission (GERC) under the GERC (Procurement of Energy from Renewable Sources) Regulations, 2025, seeking revision in Renewable Power Purchase Obligation (RPPO) and waiver of penalty for shortfall in achievement of RPPO and grant relief / relaxation in compliance with the Energy Storage Obligation (ESO) for FY 2024-25, in respect of the four subsidiary Distribution Companies of GUVNL.
