Suo Motu Petition No. 2485 of 2025 in the matter of Computation of Fuel and Power Purchase Adjustment Surcharge (FPPAS) for the FY 2025-26

The GERC (MYT) Regulations, 2024 Clause 115 has stipulated that the Fuel and Power Purchase Adjustment Surcharge (FPPAS) needs to be computed and recovered from the eligible consumers on monthly basis.
