1. In exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 181 of the Electricity Act, 2003 and all
other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Commission had framed the Haryana Electricity
Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Tariff for Generation,
Transmission, Wheeling and Distribution & Retail Supply under Multi Year Tariff Framework)
Regulations, 2019.
