HERC: Petition under Section 86(1)(k) of the Electricity Act, 2003, Regulations 5.2 and 6.1

To the query of the Commission regarding similar connection of MSIL in the state, it was apprised by the petitioner that MSIL has a similar industrial plant at Manesar under the jurisdiction of DHBVN, where DHBVN has provided a connection of around 70 MVA at 220 KV level to MSIL and its joint venture ancillary units have been provided power through 220 KV Maruti Suzuki substation to ensure continuous and reliable power supply.
