Petition under Section 39(2)(d) and Section 40(c) of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Regulation 4, 6, 11 to 13 of the Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission (Green Energy Open Access) Regulations, 2023 seeking approval of the Hon'ble Commission for amendment of Clause 10 of the Procedure for Grant of Connectivity and Green Energy Open Access in the State of Haryana, so as to incorporate provisions governing extension of tentative completion time for construction of evacuation system, along with the consequent protective obligations including submission of an Indemnity Bond-cum-Undertaking by the applicant seeking such extension.
